Oh my goodness, I just got off the phone with USAA and opening up a Roth IRA. That is not the oh my goodness part though. The oh my goodness part is that the lady I spoke with sounded EXACTLY like Caroline. Like dead on perfect Caroline sounding. Not only did her voice sound the same, but she even had the same laugh and mannerisms. It was so awesome! I kept giggling while she walked me through the application because I just kept thinking that it was Caroline teaching me how to set up a Roth IRA. Wow, setting up a retirement account has never been so much fun!Jason<><
